Orders purchased online are processed within 7 to 9 business days depending upon items' availability. Some of the In-store orders are processed same day to 7 business days depending upon items' availability.
Section A, B, C and D APPLIES TO ONLINE ORDERS ONLY:
A. Once order is placed, customer may cancel the order at no additional cost within 24 hours of placing the order. This ONLY applies to orders which have a delivery or pick up date of 2 business days or greater.
B. If customer cancels the order before the delivery date after the 24 hours window has passed, a 25% processing and re-stocking fee will be charged.
(a 24 hours advanced notice is required)
C. If customer declines to receive the furniture at the time of delivery, then order will be canceled, and a 30% re-stocking fee as well as the delivery fee will be charged.
D. For pick up orders, items must be picked up within one to three days of agreed pick up date, otherwise a $12 storage fee will be charges per day for any additional days after the initial three days.
